Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using or accessing any pages of this website.
By using and accessing this website you signify your acknowledgement and assent to the terms and conditions of use as set forth below. Should you not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

METHOD of PAYMENT
Sadie's Solutions Company has THREE approved Methods of Payment.
1)..... T/T via Internet Banking
Our prefered method is a direct deposit from your 'Pay Anyone' T/T (via your internet banking facility)
To: Sadie's Solutions Company .... BSB: 033385 Account: 542097 Westpac Banking Corporation.
Or 2)...... Cheque or Postal Order delivered to 2/ 11 Ranfurlie Drive, GLEN WAVERLEY, Victoria, 3150 .... Please include your order & contact information.
Or 3)...... Credit Card Payment via phone (03 9561 7376).
Your Credit Card details will be verified and authorised via our Westpac Merchant Account for Credit Card Payment for MASTER CARD or VISA CARD.
Conditions of Phone line Payment
This process is a 'Card Not Present Transaction' therefore, we are advised to insist on the following to secure payment.
- The credit card value shall not exceed AUD$1,000.00 without prior agreement.
- The customer shall provide their full name, address, phone number, email address.
- The ordered item shall only be delivered to the 'account address'.
- The 'account address' shall not be a Post Office or working address.
- Delivery shall not be shipped to a third party address.
- Large Multiple Orders of the same unit shall be via email sadies-sales@sadies.com.au
Sadie's Solutions Company WebSite is not a secure server for credit payments.
DO NOT LEAVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION; and PLEASE DO NOT eMAIL CREDIT CARD DETAILS (FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY).
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery will be dispatched within 48 hours (week days), from receipt of the 'Order' and Confirmation of Payment.
'Orders' are delivered via Regular Parcel Delivery. The delivery cost will vary depending on the total order weight, and will be recorded on your Tax Invoice/ Receipt .
It is Sadie's Solutions Company Policy to change to 'Zero Value' in the Ordering/ Shopping Cart section, any product that is in short supply. This prevents a Customer Order being placed when it can not be dispatched within 48hours (week days).
GUARANTEES
Sadie's Solutions Environmentally Responsible and Biodegradable 'Healthy-Home' & Commercial Cleaning Products
Sadie's Solutions Company provides an unconditional product guarantee. That is, to give satisfaction when used as per the directions noted on the product label. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, kindly record your complaint or concern, and post the letter with the unused portion of product to our Melbourne Office, your full purchase price will be refunded or the damaged product replaced. Sadie's 'MAGIC' Window Cleaner
Sadie's Solutions Company provide an 12 month product guarantee. That is, to give satisfaction when used, cleaned & stored as per the directions noted on the product package. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, kindly record your complaint or concern, and fax or email to Sadie's Head Office (Melbourne). Should the unit be found damaged within 15 days of dispatch from Sadie's, please return the unit with a letter stating the Order Number... to Sadie's Head Office, and Sadie's will replace it immediately.
Sadie's ION-CARE Air Purifier & Ionizer
Sadie's Solutions Company provide an 12 month product guarantee. That is, to give satisfaction when used, cleaned & stored as per the directions noted on the product package. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, kindly record your complaint or concern, and fax or email to Sadie's Head Office (Melbourne). Should the unit be found damaged within 15 days of dispatch from Sadie's, please return the unit with a letter stating the Order Number... to Sadie's Head Office, and Sadie's will replace it immediately.
